Diabetes Week 2014: Don't let diabetes stop you!

Diabetes is a lifelong health condition which affects 3.2 million people in the UK, with another estimated 630,000 who have the condition without realising it.

The theme of Diabetes Week 2014 is ‘I Can’ and its aim is to encourage people to think about what they can do with diabetes, not what you can’t do.

On that note, we’d like to talk about diabetes and holiday’s abroad.

Although you do need to take your diabetes seriously on holiday, you shouldn’t let it hold you back.
