Your policy pack is emailed to you shortly after you purchase cover, and is also available for later review and download in your Goodtogoinsurance.com Account Area. If you are unable to find your policy pack or are having trouble logging into your account area please call us, send us an email or use our webchat.

A password is required to access your Account Area, along with the first and last name (matching details you used at point of purchase) and date of birth of the lead traveller, as well as your email address. Once logged in, you can view and download offline copies of the documents relating to your policy.

If you'd like a paper copy posted, you can select this option at point of purchase. If you have already purchased you will receive an email with the details on how to view your documents, alternatively you can contact Customer Services on 0330 024 9949, send us an email or use our webchat to request a paper copy. This can take up to 7-10 working days.
Yes, you should take your policy documents with you, either printed or stored on your phone or tablet. They include your policy number and the 24-hour emergency assistance contact details you'll need if you have a medical problem abroad. Also, in the event you need to show any relevant parties that you have travel insurance in force you can do this easily if you have them with you.
