£5,000 holiday voucher prize draw terms and conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to UK, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
  2. Customers who purchase or renew an insurance policy from goodtogo directly via goodtogoinsurance.com or our call centre, or via a price comparison website within the promotional period which will run from 00:00:01 on Saturday 1st August 2026 and 23:59:59 on Monday 31st August 2026 will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
  3. Purchase or renewal is not required to enter - if you wish to enter without purchase or renewal please email your first name, last name, county of residence and phone number to [email protected] with the subject line "Entry to Win £5,000 Holiday Voucher - August 2026". All customers who purchase or renew within the promotional period will be entered into the prize draw by default - if you wish to be excluded from the draw, please email your first name, last name, policy number and county of residence to [email protected] with the subject line "Opt me out of draw for £5,000 Holiday Voucher - August 2026".
  4. One entry per person is permitted, and on policies with more than one person insured only the lead traveller will be entered into the draw. Entries submitted on behalf of another person, bulk entries, or automated entries will not be accepted. Incomplete, late, or illegible entries will not be considered.
  5. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm they have read, agree and are bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. One winner will receive a £5,000 holiday voucher, with a choice of partners available to redeem the £5,000 voucher against, including but not limited to Jet2Holidays, Lastminute.com and Hotels.com. Redeeming partners may change from time to time. A full list will provided to the winner to make their selection(s) from.
  7. The winners (and guests) are responsible for paying any other costs not specifically stated within promotional material or these terms and conditions (including but not limited to passport, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, transport, meal/drinks costs, spending money, any other incidentals.)
  8. Policies cancelled either by the customer or goodtogo before the date that the winners are selected will be removed from the prize draw.
  9. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not successfully completed due to technical or other issues.
  10. The prize draw will take place between 1st and 4th September 2026. The winner will be selected at random using a verified random number generator to ensure fairness and transparency. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone or post within five (5) working days of the draw taking place. Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within five (5) working days. If a winner does not respond within this period, an alternate winner will be drawn after this period of five (5) working days has passed. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity before receiving their prize. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  11. Employees of goodtogo, its partners, or any organisations involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. Any participant found to be manipulating or unfairly influencing the prize draw will be disqualified at the promoter’s discretion.
  12. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners. The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available on request by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to goodtogo within ten (10) weeks of the closing date.   13. This prize draw and these terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
