Grant Winter

Grant Winter has 13 years’ experience in the insurance industry, with extensive knowledge gained across the life insurance, commercial, and travel insurance sectors. They are Cert CII qualified (Level 4, Technicians Pathway) and a paying member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). They currently serve as Compliance Officer at Ancile Insurance Group Ltd and act as Consumer Duty Champion, overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance, reporting, policies, and processes.
