After you've completed the quote process and provided your email address, a quote will be emailed to you. If you wish to access the quote online please activate the account using the email that was sent at the time of quotation, following any on screen prompts.

Goodtogoinsurance.com offers cover for individuals, couples and families. Groups can be covered for up to 10 people per policy.

We calculate your travel insurance premium based on a few key details that help us tailor cover to you and your trip. These include your age, destination, trip duration, the level of cover you choose, and any existing medical conditions you have. Each of these factors affects the overall cost of providing the right protection for your journey, so your premium is personalised to reflect your specific needs and travel plans.

You will see the quote in the customer area online, click on the quotation tab and your quote will be found there. 

You'll need to provide your contact details, dates of your trip dates, destination, traveller ages and medical history to get a quote. You may need to contact your GP to get a full list of any current medication and existing medical conditions.

Yes - you can buy a policy on behalf of someone else, but you must have their permission and declare their details and medical conditions accurately for them to be quoted correctly. If you need to make any amendments, you will need to call us and the lead traveller on the policy will need to give written or verbal consent to allow the "authorised person" to make any further changes. Please note that it is important to declare all existing medical conditions correctly and in full - under-declaration can potentially cause serious problems in the event of a claim including the claim not being paid in full (see our FAQs on under-declaration in the Claims section).

• Single trip - For a single trip, you policy covers you for cancellation (not silver) from the date of purchase, the dates you enter must be from when your trips starts and ends (date you come back into the UK).
• Annual multi-trip (annual) - For annual policies, start cover from the date you want cancellation cover to begin (usually the day you buy). Please note that there is a maximum AMT duration for each trip taken (see Trip Duration FAQ), and all trips must be covered for the full duration and start and end in the UK for cover to be valid.
