For some, it’s finally taking that long-awaited family holiday. For others, it’s visiting loved ones abroad, exploring somewhere new, or simply enjoying the freedom to get away and relax.
That feeling of confidence and freedom is what inspired our new brand identity.
While our look has evolved, the things our customers value most about us remain the same.
For years, we have proudly covered individuals, couples and families who may have struggled to find travel insurance elsewhere due to their age or medical conditions.
Our brand refresh reflects the freedom that our customers value.

Why we were created ¶
We were created to address a lack of choice in the travel insurance market for older travellers and those living with pre-existing medical conditions.
Too often, people found themselves unable to access suitable cover simply because of their age or health record. We wanted to change that.
From the beginning, our focus has been on helping customers access travel insurance that meets their individual needs, including cover for a wide range of medical conditions, higher severity conditions and, in some cases, even terminal prognoses.
We also believe age should never be the reason someone stops exploring the world. That’s why our policies have no upper age limits, helping customers continue travelling with confidence for as long as they choose.

Supporting customers when it matters most ¶
Travel insurance is about more than a policy document. It’s about being there when customers need support most.
Since January 2022, we have paid out over £38 million in claims, with more than £16 million paid in 2025 alone.*
Behind every claim is a real person, a disrupted trip, an unexpected illness, or a moment where reassurance matters. Our role is to help customers feel supported throughout those situations, so they can focus on what matters most.
