Dr Ellen Welch
NHS GP and resident medical expert
Doctor Ellen Welch is a fully qualified GP with over 20 years of experience, and an award winning author. As well as clinical experience in the NHS, Ellen has also worked as a cruise ship doctor, a Kilimanjaro expedition medic, and a ski season medic in New Zealand, in addition to working as a repatriation doctor for several years.
This experience has given Ellen a full understanding of delivering care outside of the consultation room, and expertise in travel health and medicine.
Ellen is currently serving as the resident medical expert for Ancile Insurance Group Ltd, ensuring that all content is medically approved and offers accurate information to customers.
